This cold drawn seamless stainless steel pipe is engineered for heat exchangers and chemical processing systems that demand precise dimensions and dependable leak-free performance. Manufactured from premium 316L (1.4404) austenitic stainless steel and processed through a multi-pass cold drawing sequence, the pipe achieves tight dimensional tolerances, a smooth internal bore, and uniform wall thickness along its entire length.
The absence of a longitudinal weld seam eliminates weak points, reduces the risk of localized corrosion, and allows the tube to withstand elevated pressures and temperatures without compromising structural integrity. Available in an outer diameter range of 6 mm to 813 mm with wall thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 60 mm, this product is supplied in standard 6-meter and custom cut lengths.
Each batch is fully traceable with mill test certificates, and the material is solution annealed after cold working to restore its full corrosion resistance and ductility.

The cold drawn seamless stainless steel pipe is widely specified across chemical processing, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage industries. In shell-and-tube heat exchangers, its smooth bore maximizes thermal transfer while minimizing fouling and pressure drop.
In chemical plants, the 316L grade safely conveys acids, chlorides, and other corrosive fluids where carbon steel would rapidly degrade. The pipe is equally suited to instrument tubing, hydraulic control lines, and high-purity process piping where cleanliness and dimensional accuracy are critical.
Its seamless construction makes it the preferred choice wherever a leak path is unacceptable, including vacuum service and high-pressure duty.
Every pipe is carefully protected and bundled before export. Standard packing options include steel-strapped bundles, seaworthy wooden cases, and PE film wrapping for smaller diameters. Pipe ends are protected with plastic caps to prevent damage to threads and bevels.
Each shipment is accompanied by a full set of mill test certificates covering chemical composition, mechanical properties, and NDT reports. All products are manufactured under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and can be supplied with third-party inspection such as SGS or BV upon request.
